One of my favorite spart? A little section that says: “What intentions are you ready to see bloom?” This is where you write something you're calling in, like more self-acceptance, more patience, or the boldness to say no without a 3-paragraph explanation. Think of each intention as a little seed. All seeds need time, water, light, and love, just like you. Woot woot! On your next Soul Map sheet, pick one of those intentions and build your mantra around it.
